Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Piltovr, we are committed to delivering high-quality technology solutions and ensuring client satisfaction. This policy outlines our approach to refunds and cancellations for our services.

Nature of Services

Piltovr provides custom technology services including software development, SaaS platform access, consulting, and WhatsApp Business integrations. Because our services involve significant upfront investment in time, resources, and expertise, our refund policy is structured accordingly.

Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel a service engagement under the following terms:

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to hi@piltovr.com.
  • Cancellations made before work commencement will receive a full refund of any advance payments, minus a 5% processing fee.
  • Cancellations after work has commenced will be billed for work completed up to the cancellation date.
  • For SaaS subscriptions, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for unused periods.
  • A minimum of 14 days’ written notice is required for cancellation of ongoing service agreements.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Service not delivered as agreed in the written contract or statement of work.
  • Duplicate payment or billing error by Piltovr.
  • Cancellation before project kickoff, as described above.
  • Force majeure events that prevent service delivery.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable under all circumstances:

  • Work already completed and delivered as per the agreed scope.
  • Third-party costs incurred on behalf of the client (e.g., API fees, hosting, licenses).
  • Rush or priority processing charges.
  • Consulting or strategy sessions already conducted.

Refund Process

To request a refund:

  • Contact us at hi@piltovr.com with your request and reason.
  • Our team will review the request within 5 business days.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10–14 business days to the original payment method.
  • We may request supporting documentation to process your refund.

Dispute Resolution

In case of a dispute regarding refunds, we encourage clients to first reach out to our team directly. We are committed to resolving disputes amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter shall be governed by the laws of India as outlined in our Terms & Conditions.
