Delivery & Shipping Policy

Overview

Piltovr is a technology services company. All of our products and services are delivered digitally — we do not ship physical goods. This policy outlines how and when our digital services and deliverables are delivered to clients.

Digital Service Delivery

All services provided by Piltovr are delivered electronically. Deliverables may include:

  • Access credentials for SaaS platforms (e.g., Smart Campus, Dear Me, Anjanitek).
  • Software code, applications, or website files via agreed-upon channels.
  • Design assets, documents, or reports sent via email or cloud storage.
  • API keys and integration documentation for WhatsApp Business setups.
  • Training sessions or walkthroughs conducted via video call.

Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines vary based on the nature of the engagement:

  • SaaS Platform Access: Access credentials are typically provisioned within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.
  • Custom Software Development: Delivery timelines are specified in the project's Statement of Work (SOW) or contract.
  • WhatsApp Business Integration: Setup is typically completed within 5–10 business days, subject to Meta's approval processes.
  • Consulting Deliverables: Reports or strategy documents are delivered within the timeline agreed upon at project kickoff.

Delivery Channels

We use the following secure channels to deliver our work:

  • Email: Primary mode for documentation, credentials, and small deliverables.
  • Cloud Storage: Google Drive or similar platforms for larger files and assets.
  • GitHub / Repository Access: For code deliverables, where applicable.
  • WhatsApp: For quick updates and minor file transfers.
  • Project Management Tools: For ongoing engagements with milestone-based delivery.

Delays

Piltovr makes every effort to deliver on time. However, certain circumstances may cause delays:

  • Pending approvals or inputs from the client side.
  • Third-party platform approval processes (e.g., Meta's WhatsApp Business verification).
  • Unforeseen technical issues or force majeure events.

In case of any delay, our team will proactively communicate with you and provide a revised timeline.

Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely delivery, clients are expected to:

  • Provide necessary access, credentials, or approvals promptly when requested.
  • Review and approve deliverables within 5 business days of receipt.
  • Communicate any changes in requirements as early as possible.

Acceptance of Deliverables

Deliverables are considered accepted if no written objections are raised within 7 business days of delivery. If you have concerns about a deliverable, please contact us within this window so we can address them promptly.
