By accessing or using Piltovr's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Piltovr provides technology solutions including but not limited to software development, SaaS platforms, WhatsApp Business integrations, and digital consulting services. Our offerings include:

• Smart Campus — An educational management platform for institutions.
• Dear Me — A mental health and wellness application for students.
• Anjanitek — A dealer relationship management platform for tile businesses.
• Custom software development and consulting services.
• WhatsApp Business API integrations as a Meta Business Solutions Provider.

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:

• Use our services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems or services.
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content through our platforms.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any of our software or applications.
• Use our services to infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights.

All content, software, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with Piltovr's services are owned by Piltovr or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services for your internal business purposes only.

Any custom software or applications developed specifically for a client become the property of that client upon full payment, as outlined in the individual service agreement.

• Fees for services are outlined in individual project agreements or service contracts.
• Payments are due as specified in the agreed payment schedule.
• Late payments may attract a penalty of 2% per month on the outstanding amount.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the service agreement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Piltovr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days' written notice. Piltovr reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to its services immediately if these Terms are violated.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, India.

Piltovr reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
